These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of eternlog ("the Service"), provided by iLogix LLC ("we," "us"). Please read carefully before using the Service.

サービス内容
The Service
eternlog は、日々の記録（日記）を積み重ねることで、ユーザー自身の AI クローンを育成・保持できるサービスです。ユーザーは、本サービスを通じて：
- 日記（テキスト・音声）を記録する
- AI クローンと対話する
- 指定した家族・友人とアクセスを共有する
- 自身の死後の取り扱いを事前に設定する
eternlog allows users to journal daily, training an AI clone of themselves. Through the Service, users may:
- Record journal entries (text or voice)
- Converse with their AI clone
- Share access with designated family or friends
- Configure post-mortem handling in advance
アカウント
Account
本サービスの利用には、満 18 歳以上であることが必要です。アカウントの認証情報の管理責任はユーザーにあります。
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
プラン・料金
Plans and Pricing
本サービスには Free、Story、Legacy の 3 プランがあります。有料プランの料金は前払い制で、料金は予告なく変更される場合があります（変更の場合、30 日前までに通知します）。
The Service offers three plans: Free, Story, and Legacy. Paid plans are billed in advance. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
返金ポリシー
Refund Policy
月額プランは、初回課金から 14 日以内であれば全額返金を請求できます。それ以降の返金には応じられません。
Monthly plans may be refunded within 14 days of initial charge. Refunds are not provided after that window.
コンテンツと所有権
Content and Ownership
あなたが本サービスに投稿・アップロードするすべてのコンテンツ（日記、音声、写真、動画を含む）の知的財産権は、あなたに帰属します。当社は、本サービスを提供するために必要な範囲でのみ、これらを利用します。
You retain all intellectual property rights to content you submit to the Service (journal entries, voice, photos, video). We use your content solely to provide the Service.
あなたのコンテンツは、あなた個人の AI クローンの育成にのみ使用され、他のユーザーの AI や当社の一般モデルの学習には使用されません。
Your content is used only to train your own personal AI clone. It is never used to train other users' AIs or our general-purpose models.
死後のデータ取り扱い
Posthumous Data Handling
ユーザーは、生前に死後の取り扱い（家族への公開、完全削除、特定メッセージの自動送信など）を指定できます。当社は、死亡の確認を受けてから指定された手順に従います。詳細は プライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。
You may configure posthumous handling in advance (family access, complete deletion, scheduled delivery of specific messages). We act on these instructions only after confirmed notification of death. See Privacy Policy for details.
禁止事項
Prohibited Uses
以下の行為は禁止されます：
- 他人になりすます行為
- 違法なコンテンツの投稿
- 第三者の権利を侵害する音声・画像のアップロード
- 本サービスのリバースエンジニアリング
- 当社のインフラへの負荷をかける自動化された大量アクセス
The following are prohibited:
- Impersonating another person
- Uploading illegal content
- Uploading voice or images that infringe third-party rights
- Reverse-engineering the Service
- Automated or high-volume access that strains our infrastructure

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI clone responses. AI-generated content should be treated as reference only.
準拠法
Governing Law
本規約は、米国ハワイ州法に準拠します。紛争はハワイ州ホノルル市の裁判所を第一審の専属合意管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA. Any dispute shall be exclusively brought in the courts of Honolulu, Hawaii.
