本規約は、eternlog for Creators（以下「Creator プログラム」）に参加するクリエイター（以下「Creator」）向けの規約です。

These Creator Terms govern participation in the eternlog for Creators program.

審査と招待

Approval and Invitation

Creator プログラムは招待制です。Ver1 では 20 名限定で、当社の審査に合格した方のみ参加できます。審査基準は、公開プロフィールの実在性、知的財産権に関する状況、本人確認の可否などを含みます。

The Creator program is invitation-only. Ver1 is limited to 20 creators. Approval criteria include verified public profile, IP rights status, and identity verification.

知的財産権

Intellectual Property

Creator が本サービスに提供したすべてのコンテンツ（音声、映像、肖像、言葉、世界観）の知的財産権は、100% Creator に帰属します。当社は、本サービスを運営するために必要な最小限のライセンスのみを取得します。

Creator retains 100% of the IP rights to all content provided (voice, video, likeness, words, worldview). We obtain only the minimum license necessary to operate the Service.

AI クローンの所有権

AI Clone Ownership

Creator の AI クローン（学習済みモデル、音声クローン、映像アバター）の所有権は Creator にあります。サービス終了時は、Creator はモデルデータのエクスポートを請求できます（有料オプション）。

Creator owns their AI clone (trained model, voice clone, video avatar). Upon service termination, Creator may request export of model data (optional paid service).

収益と手数料

Revenue and Fees

プラットフォーム手数料は以下のとおりです：

売上は Stripe Connect 経由で Creator の指定口座に直接入金されます。入金サイクルは月 2 回（15 日・月末）。

Revenue is deposited directly to Creator's Stripe Connect account, twice monthly (15th and end of month).

価格設定権

Pricing Control

Creator は、Fan / VIP Fan プランの月額、1 対 1 予約の料金、投げ銭の最低額を自由に設定できます。ただし、本サービスの品位を著しく損なう設定（極端に高額な請求など）の場合、当社は協議を求めることがあります。

Creator sets all prices: Fan and VIP Fan monthly rates, 1-on-1 booking rates, tip minimums. We reserve the right to consult on settings that could significantly harm the Service's reputation (e.g., egregious pricing).

モデレーションと責任

Moderation and Liability

当社は Claude + OpenAI Moderation の二層モデレーションを提供します。しかし最終的な AI クローンの挙動に関する責任は、Creator と当社の共同責任です。

We provide dual-layer moderation (Claude + OpenAI Moderation). However, ultimate responsibility for AI clone behavior is shared between Creator and the platform.

Creator は、以下をコミットします：

• 違法・詐欺的な発言を AI クローンに教示しない
• 特定の個人を誹謗中傷する指示を含めない
• 医療・法律・金融のアドバイスを AI に代行させない

• Not instruct the AI clone to make illegal or fraudulent statements
• Not include instructions that defame specific individuals
• Not have the AI provide medical, legal, or financial advice

引退・継承設計

Retirement and Estate Planning

Creator は、生前に引退後・死後の運用方針を指定できます：

• 即時停止
• 指定された家族・マネージャーへの運用権移譲
• 一定期間後の自動停止

Creator may designate post-retirement or posthumous handling:

• Immediate shutdown
• Transfer of operational rights to designated family or manager
• Automatic shutdown after a specified period

準拠法

Governing Law

本規約は、米国ハワイ州法に準拠します。

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA.
