Fan（Creator のファン）については以下を収集します：

• メール、名前、言語設定
• Creator との会話履歴
• 支払情報（Stripe 経由、当社は保持せず）

• Email, name, language
• Conversation history with Creator
• Payment info (via Stripe, not stored by us)

肖像・声の取り扱い

Voice and Likeness Handling

Creator から提供された音声・映像データは以下に使用されます：

• Creator 自身の AI クローンの学習（ElevenLabs / HeyGen 経由）
• Fan との対話時のリアルタイム生成

Voice and video data provided by Creator is used for:

• Training the Creator's own AI clone (via ElevenLabs / HeyGen)
• Real-time generation during Fan dialogue

これらのデータは、他の Creator の AI や当社の一般モデルの学習には使用しません。Creator 退会時には、本人からの請求があれば全データを削除します（Stripe 関連の法定保持義務があるものを除く）。

This data is never used to train other Creators' AIs or our general models. Upon Creator departure, all data will be deleted on request (excluding records with statutory retention requirements, e.g., Stripe).

すべてのデータは米国内のサーバー（VULTR / Cloudflare R2）に保管、TLS 1.3 + AES-256 で暗号化されます。音声・映像データは Creator 固有の暗号鍵で暗号化されます。

All data is stored on US-based servers (VULTR / Cloudflare R2), encrypted with TLS 1.3 + AES-256. Voice and video data is encrypted with Creator-specific keys.

Fan データの Creator への開示範囲

Fan Data Disclosure Scope

Creator がダッシュボードで見られる情報は以下に限定されます：

• Fan の総数、MRR、チャーン率（集計値）
• トップファンのハンドル名と課金総額（個人情報は除く）
• 対話のトピック分析（個別の対話内容ではなく）

• Total fans, MRR, churn rate (aggregate)
• Top fan handles and total spend (no PII)
• Topic analysis of conversations (not individual conversation content)

Creator は、VIP Fan に対して個別メッセージを送る場合にのみ、そのファンのハンドル名を見ることができます。

Creators see individual fan handles only when sending direct messages to VIP Fans.
